Kansas Farm Lease LLC is a private lease broker that exclusively represents Kansas and Missouri landowners and the hunting rights that they offer. We no longer lease to clubs, commercial outfitters, or anyone who sells hunts to others. All hunters leasing from Kansas Farm Lease LLC will be required to purchase a hunting lease insurance policy per year. All leases are exclusive to the lease holder and most leases are annual (1 Year Leases) with first option of renewal for the next year. Kansas Farm Lease LLC will only communicate with hunters who send in the “Hunter Profile” (NEXT PAGE) completely filled out. Hunters will recieve information (List of available leases, locations, aerial views, game pics, harvest pics ect.). Our goal is to match ethical hunters with Kansas and Missouri landowners to form long term relationships. We protect all parties with solid Kansas Attorney approved contracts and insurance requirements.
Hunting Lease Insurance is provided by a third party and is not included in Kansas Farm Lease LLC lease contracts. All policies will cover the landowner and the hunters of the hunting lease. Hunters must have a valid lease contract to submit any insurance claims. All policies will be issued by the third party. This is the lease insurance company that Kansas Farm Lease LLC is affiliated with. All parties are welcome to use other insurance providers and not required to use this affiliation. Click on the link to check out the cost of lease insurance, it’s cheap! If you lease from individual owners, this insurance is still good protection for you and especially the landowner.
